Glasgow Royal Mail delays 'atrocious' as residents miss vital hospital appointment letters

A Royal Mail spokesperson said individual deliveries “may be affected by short-term local issues”, like sickness absence, but teams “work to clear any outstanding mail as quickly as possible”.
